Happy Birthday, Claire
Claire turned two last Sunday. We got to see her open her gifts at a family cook-out. Depsite the fact that Claire's dad despises Dora the Explore, someone actually got her a Dora activity book. Hmmmm....wonder who that was.
Happy Birthday, Claire! I can't believe she is two already! WOW!
Kelly, I wanted to comment on your canning. The tomato juice looks yummy! I was wondering if one could can that salsa recipe of yours. I want to can some salsa and thought about trying that recipe. Do you know if it can be canned also? And, I wanted to comment that canning is great when it all turns out! We canned a bunch of pickles a few weeks ago and for some reason they do not taste quite right! All that work!!! I need to do some tomato juice, I should check out the "online attic" and try to get a Squeezo.

I think the salsa would be fine to can...my friend Jen does more salsa than tomato juice!
